Position Type: Educational Fellowship

Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)

Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)

Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success

About This Role

Explore the intersection of regenerative finance, tokenized economies, and gamified systems change. You'll experiment with Web3 technologies to create new models for youth engagement and economic empowerment within regenerative movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prototype regenerative finance applications using blockchain technology

• Develop concepts for tokenized economies that support youth-led initiatives

• Design gamified experiences that engage global youth in systemic change work

• Build bridges between DreamTanking community and Web3/gaming networks

• Collaborate with our tech fellows on platform integration opportunities

• Create educational content about crypto/blockchain applications for social impact

• Support pilot programs testing new engagement and incentive models
