Position Type: Educational Fellowship

Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)

Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)

Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success

About This Role

Hold the heart of our movement by creating spaces of joy, play, and cultural vibrancy. You'll design rituals and experiences that keep our community rooted in love while ensuring every voice feels seen and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate rituals, celebrations, and joy breaks during team gatherings and events

• Develop and track "love metrics" that measure how people feel seen and heard in our community

• Curate playlists, design spaces, and create cultural experiences that reflect our values

• Organize team bonding activities and intergenerational connection opportunities

• Support conflict resolution and community care practices

• Document and share community building practices for replication across the globe

• Coordinate with Kenya team on shared cultural practices and celebrations
