Events & Community Engagement Fellow

Position Type: Educational Fellowship

Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)

Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)

Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success

About This Role

You're the catalyst for bringing people together! Design and coordinate Spiral Salons and community gatherings that weave intergenerational wisdom with youth innovation, creating memorable experiences that advance our collective mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 2-3 Spiral Salons in Boulder with Nairobi hub coordination

  • Manage event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, venue coordination, and materials

  • Curate intergenerational programming featuring youth voices alongside experienced mentors

  • Coordinate with Nairobi events team for simultaneous or connected programming

  • Document and share event outcomes for 195in365 storytelling campaigns

  • Build community engagement strategies and maintain attendee databases

  • Support pop-up events and collaborative activations with partner organizations
