Chief of Staff Fellow (HQ)

Who: Ages 18–25 (Boulder-based or virtual)

What You’ll Do: Support cross-city coordination, meeting follow-up, and core planning systems with Dream Tank leadership.

Spring Focus (March–May):

-Gate tracking + planning support

-Fundraising pipeline coordination

-City MOU / partner follow-up support

Format: Virtual / hybrid

Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success

Best Fit For: Strong organizers, clear communicators, self-starters who can track details and move things forward.

About This Role

Learn the art of systems coordination by supporting the operational backbone of our movement. You'll ensure smooth flow between fellows, pods, and campaigns while developing leadership skills in managing complex, distributed organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Project Management boards and coordinate weekly team check-ins

  • Support cross-pod coordination between Golden, Boulder and other global nodes

  • Shadow Leadership team in operations, strategy, and systems weaving activities

  • Coordinate fellow onboarding, training, and ongoing support processes

  • Track project progress and facilitate communication across teams and time zones

  • Support meeting facilitation and documentation for leadership team activities

  • Develop and maintain operational systems and process documentation
