
Position Type: Educational Fellowship
Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)
Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)
Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success
About This Role
Bridge the gap between youth innovation and institutional sponsors by creating design challenges that solve real-world problems. You'll work with companies and universities to develop sponsored innovation opportunities that showcase youth genius while addressing systemic challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit companies and universities to sponsor DreamTank design challenges
Draft compelling challenge briefs that align sponsor priorities with youth innovation potential
Match youth participants with appropriate challenges based on skills and interests
Support Kinship Earth bioregional sprints and develop replicable sponsorship templates
Coordinate with DreamTank Kenya on parallel challenge development
Track program outcomes and provide impact reports to sponsors
Maintain relationships with academic and corporate partners
