Position Type: Educational Fellowship

Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)

Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)

Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success

About This Role

Bridge the gap between youth innovation and institutional sponsors by creating design challenges that solve real-world problems. You'll work with companies and universities to develop sponsored innovation opportunities that showcase youth genius while addressing systemic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit companies and universities to sponsor DreamTank design challenges

• Draft compelling challenge briefs that align sponsor priorities with youth innovation potential

• Match youth participants with appropriate challenges based on skills and interests

• Support Kinship Earth bioregional sprints and develop replicable sponsorship templates

• Coordinate with DreamTank Kenya on parallel challenge development

• Track program outcomes and provide impact reports to sponsors

• Maintain relationships with academic and corporate partners
