
Position Type: Educational Fellowship
Schedule: 8-11 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days at Boulder Launchpad and/or remote)
Duration: Fall 2025 semester (renewable)
Compensation: Volunteer-based with course credit facilitation; pathways to stipends based on funding success
About This Role
Pioneer new models of regenerative economics by researching and prototyping sustainable financial flows. You'll explore impact investing, blended finance, and alternative economic structures that align capital with regenerative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Research and develop financial models for fellowship programs, salons, and campaign funding
Explore partnerships with local banks, credit unions, and regenerative finance organizations
Support design and implementation of financial transparency dashboards
Prototype impact investing approaches for youth-led initiatives
Collaborate with our Kenya Team on intercontinental sustainable finance strategies
Create educational materials about regenerative economics and alternative financial models
Support grant writing and funding strategy development
